Timothy Olyphant Makes Late Night Talk Show Rounds

I hope everyone is enjoying the new season of Santa Clarita Diet.  I have to admit as much as I love Timothy Olyphant, it is not my particular cup of tea.

 Tim  appeared on Late Night With Seth Myers on Tuesday, April 10th.  Olyphant discusses the name Myers gave his new baby.  The pair enjoyed a lively exchange about kids.  Mr. Olyphant never disappoints with his ironic humor.

Tim will also be appearing on Conan Monday, April 16th.  Conan is on TBS at 10:00 p.m. Central Time.

Olyphant made news this past week by declaring the Deadwood movie will never happen.  He seems to think they will never get all the players together.  I tend to think that it is possible.  I believe Tim likes to exaggerate.  I guess only time will tell.

What does everyone think of the chances of a Deadwood movie.  David Milch says it will happen, Tim says it won’t.  Who do you believe.  Let me know in the comments.

 I hope everyone is gearing up for a great weekend.  I know I am looking forward to mine.  Saturday will find me at the Arts & Crafts Festival.  I love fall!  Halloween is my favorite holiday.

This week found Timothy Olyphant visiting Conan to promote his new movie “Snowden”.   The movie stars Joseph Gordon Levitt as Edward Snowden, the govenment whistle blower.  “Snowden” opens September 16th.

Tim not only discussed his movie, he sang a song for Conan.  He stated that he makes his kids sing the song when they are stuck in traffic.  He then proceeded to sing This Is Where I Want To Be for everyone.  It is a very funny bit.
He also discusses stealing silverware from hotels.  In his early days when he and his wife were struggling, it seems he would steal silverware from the hotels he was staying in when
filming.

The show is another hilarious encounter between Tim and Conan.  By the end Olyphant had gotten promises from Conan and Andy Richter to join him for the Omaze dinner Olyphant is doing for Alex’s Lemonade Stand.  We will see if that actually happens!  I hope so for the lucky winner’s sake.

Just wanted to give heads up to everyone. Timothy will be appearing as a guest on the Conan show Wednesday, April 27th. Conan is on TBS at 10:00 p.m. Central Time.

Tim and Conan are friends and they always have a good time when Olyphant stops by the show. In the past Tim has shown up with whiskey to celebrate Justified. He dressed in shorts and flip flops prompting Conan to remark they thought he came by to fix the plumbing. You never know what these two will get up to next.

Don’t forget the opening date for Tim’s new movie, Mother’s Day, is this Friday, April 29th. Take your Mom! It looks to be an entertaining film.
