Timothy Olyphant Barefoots It In Tennis Match

Timothy Olyphant didn’t need tennis shoes to play in the 11th Annual KSwiss Desert Smash Tennis Tournament. The star played tennis in his bare feet during the charity tournament.

The tournament features comical tennis matches between amateurs and celebrities and pro tennis players. Olyphant seems to have brought his quirky sense of humor to the game.

Attendees can also watch exhibition matches between celebrities and pro tennis players. The event raises money to help cancer survivors attend college.

Other celebrities participating were Will Ferrell, Justin Beiber, Jesse Metcalfe, Cara Santana and Redfoo. Tennis players included Novak Djokovic, Bob and Mike Bryan and Eugenie Bouchard.



Capping off a day of tennis was an evening cocktail party and concert with special performances by Lifehouse, Natasha Bedingfield and DJ Bob Sinclar. Justin Bieber closed the evening with an acoustic set.

Timothy Olyphant Rides Into New Role

Timothy Olyphant hasn’t wasted any time moving on from his hit series “Justified”.  Olyphant has been cast in Oliver Stone’s new movie.  The movie tells the story of whistleblower Edward Snowden.

In 2013 Snowden was charged by the U.S. Department of Justice on two counts of violating Espionage Act.   He was also charged with theft of government property.  Snowden.
Snowden revealed to the country that the government was spying on private citizens with drones.  His story held the country enthralled as he fled to Russia, where he sought asylum.
Olyphant has been cast as a CIA agent who befriends Snowden after he releases the stolen classified documents.  The film is set for a Christmas release.
